Glaukos (GKOS) said late Tuesday it reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $600 million to $620 million after reporting strong preliminary, unaudited net sales growth for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect 2026 revenue of $612.3 million.
The company expects Q4 2025 net sales of about $143 million, up 36% year over year, while full-year 2025 sales are projected at roughly $507 million, a 32% increase from 2024.
By comparison, analysts polled by FactSet expect $129.5 million for the fourth quarter and $493.7 million for full-year 2025.
Management said the company is positioned for continued growth in 2026, supported by a debt-free balance sheet and continued pipeline progress.
Shares of the company were down nearly 8.1% in recent after-hours activity.
