Winsome Resources (ASX:WR1) received notice that Acorn Capital became a substantial holder of the company on Monday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Acorn Capital now owns 13.4 million shares in the company, representing a 5.48% total voting power, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 3% at market close.
