智通财经APP获悉，吉宏股份(02603)盘中涨超8%，截至发稿，涨6.88%，报14.44港元，成交额2045.17万港元。
消息面上，1月12日，吉宏股份发布公告，根据公司战略发展规划，公司下属全资子公司香港朱雀国际有限公司拟使用自有资金在深圳设立全资子公司深圳吉宏包装有限公司(暂定名，实际以市场监督管理部门登记为准)，注册资本港币6,000万元-8,000万元。
公告称，本次对外投资设立深圳子公司，有利于进一步完善公司包装业务布局，符合公司整体发展战略及实际经营需要，除生产销售外，深圳子公司还将负责公司国内外包装生产基地研发设计中心主要工作，包括包装材料研发、包装方案设计、工艺创新及技术支持等，实现研发资源的集中管理与高效配置，有利于缩短决策流程，提高研发成果转化效率，对公司包装业务的拓展具有积极推动作用。
