据商务部官网1月14日消息，世贸组织(WTO)技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)委员会、卫生与植物卫生措施(SPS)将于2026年3月、6月、11月在瑞士日内瓦分别召开，中方将派员参会。
“特别贸易关注”是上述例会重要议程之一。WTO成员可在此议题项下，就其他成员已实施或拟实施，对贸易造成不必要障碍的TBT和SPS措施表达关注、提出质询，敦促其澄清、修改、废止或推迟实施。
为帮助我国外贸企业积极应对外方不合理TBT/SPS措施，切实维护我国相关行业企业正当利益，现公开征集上述例会特别贸易关注，欢迎相关外贸企业、行业协会、研究机构依据WTO《TBT协定》、《SPS协定》基本原则和要求，参照附件格式填报相关材料，并于相关会议前发商务部世贸司。
