俄罗斯非合格交易者进入加密市场的渠道将受到限制。根据预期框架，不符合俄罗斯合格投资者标准的个人将被允许购买价值不超过 30 万卢布（约合 3800 美元）的加密货币，专业市场参与者则不受此类限制。除国内交易外，预计该立法将促进加密货币在俄罗斯的国际使用，包括跨境结算和俄罗斯发行的代币的海外发行。
