BlockBeats 消息，1 月 14 日，美股上市比特币加密财库（DAT）公司 Strive 股东已批准收购另一家比特币财库公司 Semler Scientific，合并后 BTC 持有量将上升至 12798 枚，价值约 12.2 亿美元，成为第 11 大企业持有者。
Strive 表示，其目标是将 Semler 的医疗诊断业务代币化，并解决 1.2 亿美元的债务问题。交易完成后，Semler Scientific 执行董事长 Eric Semler 将加入 Strive 的董事会。在此消息发布后，Strive 和 Semler Scientific 的股价分别下跌约 10%。
