智通财经APP讯，财讯传媒(00205)发布公告，股东于2025年12月8日举行之股东特别大会上通过有关建议更改公司名称之特别决议案后，百慕达公司注册处处长于2025年12月10日发出更改名称注册证书，核证公司之英文名称由“SEEC Media Group Limited”变更为“BFB Health Limited”并将公司中文名称“财讯传媒集团有限公司”删除。香港公司注册处处长已于2025年12月31日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证书，确认已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册公司之新英文名称“BFB Health Limited”并将公司中文名称“财讯传媒集团有限公司”删除。
于联交所买卖股份时所用之公司英文股票简称将由“SEEC MEDIA”更改为“BFB HEALTH”并将公司中文股票简称“财讯传媒”删除，自2026年1月22日上午九时正起生效。公司在联交所的股份代号维持不变，仍为“205”。
