周三公布的一份监管文件显示，SK海力士从韩美半导体公司订购了新的高带宽存储器（HBM）生产设备，这可能是为生产下一代HBM4产品做准备。
韩美半导体（Hanmi Semiconductor）在一份监管文件中表示，计划在4月份之前向SK海力士提供价值97亿韩元（约合650万美元）的热压缩（TC）键合机，但没有提供进一步的细节。
TC键合机是将多个动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）芯片堆叠在一起生产HBM的核心设备。由于单个TC键合机的价格通常在30亿韩元左右，业内观察人士表示，该合同可能涵盖三台设备。
业内人士预测，SK海力士采购的可能是用于生产下一代HBM4产品的TC键合机 4。
随着人工智能（AI）领域的需求急剧增加，SK海力士在位于首尔以南110公里的清州生产基地准备全面实现HBM4的商用化，正在加快扩大HBM生产能力的步伐。
本月较早时，SK海力士表示，将在HBM3E领域保持领先地位，同时抢先构建HBM4生态系统，从而在2026年确保存储器领域的领先地位。
