Huatai Securities (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) overseas affiliate Huatai International Finance issued three tranches of medium-term bonds totaling $95 million.
Proceeds will be used for business development and working capital, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The tranches comprised two tranches of $40 million each and one tranche of $15 million.
Shares of the securities broker closed 1% lower on the Shanghai bourse.
