智通财经APP讯，城市酷选(08050)发布公告，要约截止后，仅有2.336亿股股份(即于2025年12月8日股份合并生效后的4671.82万股合并股份，相当于本公司全部已发行股本约17.22%)由公众人士(定义见GEM上市规则)持有。因此，公众人士持有的已发行股份少于25%，而本公司并未符合GEM上市规则第11.23(7)条所载最低公众持股量的25%规定。故本公司已向联交所申请暂时豁免严格遵守最低公众持股量规定(豁免)。诚如豁免公告所披露，于2025年10月27日，联交所已向本公司授出豁免，豁免期间由2025年10月13日起至2026年1月15日止(包括该日)。
本公司已接获要约人(本公司控股股东，于2.24亿股合并股份中拥有权益，相当于本公司于本公告日期全部已发行股本约82.75%)通知，需额外时间物色买方，以出售要约人持有的超额股份，从而恢复本公司的公众持股量。
就本公司深知、全悉及确信，于本公告日期，本公司的公众持股量为约17.22%，仍低于GEM上市规则项下最低公众持股量规定。
