消息面上，近日有市场传闻称，万豪国际拟策略性收购周大福企业旗下瑰丽酒店集团，据传万豪内部将此潜在并购项目命名为“天马计划”。对此，万豪国际回应称，不会对并购或其他交易的传闻或猜测发表评论。瑰丽酒店则回应称，瑰丽酒店集团及其旗下品牌均不出售，所有酒店均照常运营。
值得注意的是，近日，晨星发布研报上调新世界发展公允价值，并指出该公司近期资产处置进度优于预期，且核心租赁业务表现稳健，支持估值上调。该机构指出，香港利率走势及楼市政策变化仍为后续关键变量。
