智通财经APP讯，中国港能(00931)发布公告，于2026年1月13日(授出日期)，本公司已决议根据本公司于2019年8月30日采纳的购股权计划(购股权计划)向57名合资格参与者(计划承授人)提出授出购股权(计划购股权)的要约，以认购本公司股本中合共4.02亿股每股面值0.02港元的普通股(计划股份)，相当于于本公告日期已发行股份总数约5.41%，
于2026年1月13日(授出日期)，董事会决议有条件授出 10亿份购股权(董事购股权)予本公司执行董事兼行政总裁(行政总裁)邓耀波先生(邓先生)(董事承授人)，以认购本公司股本中合共10亿股每股面值0.02港元的普通股(董事股份)，相当于于本公告日期本公司现有已发行股本约13.45%;及经悉数行使购股权后所配发及发行的董事股份扩大后之本公司已发行股本约11.85%(假设本公司股本并无其他变动)。董事股份应根据特别授权配发及发行。
