Hanmi Semiconductor (KRX:042700) secured an order for TC Bonder equipment for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) manufacturing from SK Hynix (KRX:000660), according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract, valued at 9.65 billion won, is valid till April 1, 2028.
Shares of Hanmi Semiconductor rose more than 3% in recent trade, while those of SK Hynix fell nearly 1%.
