智通财经APP讯，长盈集团(控股)(00689)发布公告，董事会建议进行供股，按合资格股东于记录日期每持有1股股份获发2股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.16港元进行供股，以透过发行最多 12.38亿股供股股份(假设自本公布日期起至记录日期(包括该日)已发行股份总数并无变动)筹集最多约1.98亿港元(扣除成本及开支前)。供股仅向合资格股东提呈，且将不会向除外股东提呈。
认购价较收市价每股现有股份0.193港元(基于最后交易日联交所所报收市价每股股份 0.193港元)折让约17.10%。供股的估计所得款项净额将约为1.927亿港元。
