智通财经APP讯，传承教育集团(08195)发布公告，于2026年1月14日，公司与香港恒生大学知识交流学院及亲子头条有限公司(亲子头条)(连同本公司，统称为“订约方”)就名为“《企业家精神CEO证书课程》”的行政人员持续进修课程(该课程)的潜在合作(该合作)订立谅解备忘录。
订约方同意，该课程的课程费用所得款项净额将全数捐赠予支持“大粒MAC教室”及“语文的生命”，该等慈善项目均由净缘慈善基金有限公司(基金会)发起且与亲子头条合办。亲子头条将负责协调相关受益机构。
该课程为行政人员持续进修课程，以郑裕彤博士的管理哲学为中心，主要包括德行伦理学、组织文化及企业社会责任。本公司有权把与投资和国际动态相关的内容放在该课程的单元下教授。吕宇健先生(彼截至本公布日期为本集团财商及投资教育课程的首席讲师及主要股东)预期将作为该课程的核心成员加入教学团队。
董事相信，订约方的共同努力将提升本集团于教育领域的市场覆盖率、品牌知名度及定位，从而推动本集团业务的可持续增长，并为股东带来长远价值。
