Stocks to Watch Wednesday: Netflix, Bank of America, Citi -- WSJ

Bank of America (BAC): The lender is due to post quarterly earnings, as are Wells Fargo $(WFC)$ and Citigroup (C).

Netflix $(NFLX)$: The streaming company is preparing an all-cash bid for Warner Bros. Discovery $(WBD)$'s studios and HBO Max streaming business, as Paramount $(PSKY)$ continues pushing its competing offer. Netflix shares rose 1.5% in premarket trading.

Nvidia (NVDA): The Trump administration said the semiconductor maker must meet new security requirements before sending its H200 artificial-intelligence chips to China.

Lennar $(LEN)$, D.R. Horton $(DHI)$: The Federal Housing Finance Agency director, Bill Pulte, questioned homebuilders' stock repurchases when discussing the administration's plans to lower housing costs in a Wall Street Journal interview. The biggest publicly traded homebuilders touted sizable buybacks in 2025.

BP (UK:BP, BP): The global energy company warned that quarterly oil-trading performance would be weak and said it expects to book a $4 billion to $5 billion impairment. Shares fell 1.5% in London.

TG Therapeutics $(TGTX)$: The biopharmaceutical company raised annual revenue guidance due to strong sales of Briumvi, a treatment for multiple sclerosis. Shares jumped 7% in offhours trading.
