智通财经APP讯，北京北辰实业股份(00588)发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度(有关期间)的公司所有者的应占利润将继续亏损。经公司财务部门初步测算：预计公司2025年度所有者的应占净亏损为人民币26.96亿元到人民币33.8亿元，与上年同期相比，将继续亏损。
其中不含投资性房地产公平值变动损益的所有者的应占净亏损为人民币24.63亿元到人民币30.93亿元，公司投资性房地产公平值变动亏损为约人民币2.33亿元到人民币2.87亿元。预计公司2025年度不含投资性房地产公平值变动损益并扣除非经常性损益的公司所有者的应占净亏损为人民币25.13亿元到人民币31.53亿元，与上年同期相比，将继续亏损。期末预计现金余额约为人民币71亿元，公司资金储备充足，融资渠道畅通，运行安全。
报告期内，公司会展(含酒店)业务和商业物业业务经营基本保持稳定，亏损主要原因是受市场调整影响，公司房地产项目销售价格不达预期。公司根据会计准则对存货进行初步减值测试，预计对部分房地产项目计提存货跌价准备。
