21智讯1月14日电，康达环保（06136.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，于2026年1月14日（联交所交易时段后），公司间接全资附属公司东平康达（作为转让方）、东平县泰达（作为受让方）与东平管理委员会订立协议，据此，东平康达同意出售，而东平县泰达同意代表东平县政府购回相关资产，代价约为人民币1.271亿元。相关资产包括污水处理厂的特许经营权、污水处理厂及其所有资产、舞钢市政府结欠的污水处理费（含逾期利息及费用）以及转让方根据特许经营协议享有的所有权利和义务。该交易构成公司的须予披露交易，须遵守上市规则第14章的规定。董事会认为，此次资产转让将使集团节省大量运营开支及潜在资本开支，获得即时现金流入，并将资源投入到其他更有利可图的项目中，符合公司及股东的整体利益。预计本次交易将产生约人民币1810万元的亏损，所得款项净额约1.19亿元拟用作集团的一般营运资金。
