记者从2026年朝阳区两会上获悉，北京CBD税收过10亿楼宇20座，过50亿楼宇3座，过百亿楼宇1座。未来将打造国际消费中央活力区（CAZ）。
北京商务中心区管委会副主任宋伟杰介绍，“十四五”时期，北京CBD经济“压舱石”作用愈发显著，功能区税收规模稳步增长，占全区总量超六成。2025年，税收过亿楼宇超140座，过10亿楼宇20座，过50亿楼宇3座，过百亿楼宇1座。外资企业超过一万家，占全区比重超六成；跨国公司地区总部增至125家，占全区比重超七成；外资持牌金融机构约300家，占全区比重超八成。
2026年，北京CBD将加速“两区”建设，积极推动示范性、标志性项目落地，形成可复制、可推广的改革试点经验。持续推进国际消费体验区建设，升级消费业态，强化首店首发和国际化消费品牌引入；创新消费场景，打造时尚运动、潮流时尚特色商业体和文化消费地标；优化国际化消费环境，推广离境退税“即买即退”服务，构建文化IP和国际化消费体验活动矩阵，打造7×24小时中央活力区（CAZ）。
