路透北京1月13日 - 美国芯片制造商 Nvidia 的发言人周二在给路透的一份声明中说，Nvidia 不要求为 H200 芯片支付预付款。

该人士补充说，但对于H200，由于中国监管机构是否会批准发货尚不明确，该公司在执行条件时尤为严格。
