Frontier Real Estate Investment (TYO:8964) will borrow 1 billion yen from The Nishi-Nippon City Bank to refinance a long-term loan due Jan. 19, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The borrowing is unsecured and will be repaid in full at maturity in 2033. Frontier REIT's total debt remains unchanged at 155.7 billion yen, including bonds.
