路透首尔1月13日 - 韩国企划财政部一位知情人士透露，韩国正考虑最早于 1 月份发行外汇稳定债券，以充实外汇储备。
"自去年底以来，我们一直在准备发行外汇债券，"这位不愿具名的官员表示，“我们必须等待并评估市场情况，但不能排除 1 月底或 2 月发行的可能性"。
该部发言人拒绝提供更多细节。
周二早盘韩元兑美元=KRW 缩小先前的跌幅，报1,470.7 韩元。韩国将2026年的外汇稳定债券发行上限大幅提高逾两倍至50亿美元，先前设定的上限为14亿美元。
在过去几周里，韩国当局加大了防止韩元跌至 2009 年初以来低点的力度。去年下半年，韩元兑美元下跌超过 7%，成为亚洲表现最差的货币之一。截至 12 月底，韩国外汇储备为 4280.5 亿美元，比上月减少 26 亿美元，创下八个月来最大单月降幅，原因是采取了稳定外汇市场的措施。 (完)
