21智讯1月15日电，瑞森生活服务（01922.HK）公告，公司股份自2024年8月28日上午九时零四分起在联交所暂停买卖，将继续暂停直至另行通知。根据第二阶段独立法证审阅，公司发现上市前关联方垫款问题：2019年10月30日收到银城集团付款9300万元人民币后，于次日将相同金额返还。截至2019年11月6日，关联垫款余额为7217.77万元人民币。此外，上市所得款项约1.2亿港元在上市后不久被转移至银嘉城，构成募集资金用途变更，需予以披露；但该笔款项的偿还情况尚不明确。公司还曾分别支付2658.70万元人民币和300.97万元人民币给银城集团，其中后者为购买依滩郡房产的10%预付款，前者为地产预付款。2020年4月，银城集团退回2708.67万元人民币，随后公司向京安保安支付等额款项用于购买依滩郡房产，该款项最终由银城集团间接持股50%的和县孔雀湖房地产开发有限公司收取。除上述补充外，此前公布的第二阶段调查结果维持不变。董事会强调，本公告应与2025年8月18日发布的第二阶段结果公告一并阅读。公司将根据上市规则及时披露重大进展，股东及投资者应谨慎行事。
