MacroAsia (PSE:MAC), through its majority-owned unit, MacroAsia Airport Services, has started building a 400 million Philippine pesos headquarters in Paranaque, Philippines.
The six-story facility is for the company's aviation services operations, according to a Friday Philippines Exchange filing.
The new facility, with over 8,600 square meters of gross floor area, will consolidate the company's administrative, operational, and executive offices, and house the MacroAsia's shared services center.
The project, financed through Security Bank, is scheduled for completion by March 2027, the aviation services provider said.
