欧洲央行管理委员会成员Martin Kocher称，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普对美联储的最新抨击，似乎是在针对货币政策的独立性。

　　Kocher周二在维也纳举行的中东欧论坛间隙对记者表示：“令人担忧的是，这里涉及的一些问题似乎并非关乎某些法律层面，而是关乎货币政策，而这是独立性的关键所在”

　　他还说：“担忧在于货币政策，以及政治人物、政治对货币政策的潜在影响，而我们需要这种独立性才能有效发挥作用”

　　Kocher表示：“市场已经对美国正在发生的事情作出了反应，因此当然会关注美国发生的一切。涉及央行独立性时，人们也会关注世界各地正在发生的事情，我们都希望金融市场保持稳定”
