智通财经APP讯，瑛泰医疗(01501)公布，于2026年1月14日(交易时段后)，公司与联席配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过联席配售代理发行3520万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份26港元，较股份于2026年1月14日于联交所所报收市价每股31.00港元折让约16.13%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售且待交割后，配售净筹约8.84亿港元。56.54%用于透过在医疗器械行业的投资及潜在收购为公司持续扩充产品组合提供资金;约23.75%用于偿还现有计息银行借款;及约19.71%作公司营运资金及其他一般企业用途，包括员工成本及日常运营支出。
