智通财经APP讯，皇冠环球集团(00727)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司威海国盛润禾置业有限公司(威海润禾)向山东省威海火炬高技术产业开发区人民法院提交自愿清盘呈请(清盘呈请)，该法院已于2025年8月1日作出接纳清盘呈请的裁决。
董事会于清盘呈请提交时并不知悉且未予批准，直至2026年1月13日方获悉清盘呈请及法院裁决。公司已就清盘呈请取得中国法律顾问的法律意见。根据法律意见，依据中华人民共和国企业破产法，威海润禾可随时撤回清盘呈请。尽管存在清盘呈请，公司对威海润禾的控制权并无改变，期内亦未向威海润禾债权人支付任何款项，亦无出售威海润禾的任何资产。威海润禾一直并将继续由公司管理及营运。
公司拟促使撤回清盘呈请。由于威海润禾尚未清盘，且威海润禾的资产亦未被处置，董事会认为清盘呈请并未对集团财务状况造成重大不利影响。
