智通财经APP讯，天成控股(02110)公布，该集团预期截至2025年11月30日止6个月取得净亏损约2000万-2100万港元，而2024年同期取得净亏损约1240万港元。
董事会认为报告期间净亏损增加乃主要由于：(i)有关西贡、大埔及大屿山码头重建的海事建筑工程分部的毛损增加约1140万港元。码头重建涉及多种复杂情况，尤其是在利用船只进行打桩工程及吊装作业方面。强风、海平面及汹涌海浪等天气状况为于海床进行钻探、钻孔灌注桩及吊装工程增添困难。该等不利情况不仅影响工程的规划及执行，亦影响资源运用，包括员工、机器及船只的待命时间;并由(ii)其他土木工程分部的毛利增加400万港元所抵销，主要由三跑道系统项目的工程收益增加及进度改善所推动
