路透华盛顿1月15日 - 美国抵押贷款利率本周大幅下降，此前特朗普政府开始购买抵押贷款支持证券以提高住房可负担性。
抵押贷款融资机构房贷美(Freddie Mac)周四表示，热门的30年期固定利率抵押贷款平均利率从上周的6.16%降至6.06%，为2022年9月以来最低水平。上年同期平均利率为 7.04%。
15年期固定利率抵押贷款平均利率从前一周的5.46%降至 5.38%，上年同期为6.27%。
