智通财经APP讯，星光集团(00403)发布公告，于2026年1月16日(交易时段后)，买方星光印刷(苏州)有限公司(本公司间接全资附属公司)与卖方海德堡印刷设备(北京)有限公司深圳分公司就收购该机器订立销售合约，代价为人民币1280万元(包括增值税)。代价乃双方参照与该机器类似机器的现行市价，经双方公平协商后按正常商业条款厘定。
待购资产为一台配备上光系统的海德堡速霸六色平张纸胶印机(型号：CX 104-6+L)，即该机器。
该机器为一款先进的印刷机设备，提供了专为满足商业印刷和复杂包装印刷需要的创新解决方案。该机器拥有单面印刷模式及双面印刷模式，最大印刷速度为每小时15000 张，长远而言可以加强本集团的生产效率及生产力。该机器亦配置自动换版装置，提高了包装、商业和标签印刷的生产效率。自动化组件的智能交互亦使得所有印刷产品的生产更具成本效益。本集团将于位于苏州的厂房安装该机器以投入制造生产，以提升其生产线效率，预期对本集团生产包装及印刷品的表现有积极影响。
