金吾财讯 | 中信证券表示，根据英国能源安全与净零排放部官网，1月14日，英国公布第七轮海上风电拍卖（AR7）结果，其中拍卖容量总规模达8.4GW（含8.2GW固定式+0.2GW漂浮式），相较于2023年AR6规模大幅增长约58%，刷新欧洲海风拍卖规模新高。其中，固定式和漂浮式海风执行电价分别约91和216英镑/MWh左右，同口径下较AR6提升幅度约10%-15%。从中标结果看，不论是项目规模和电价水平，均明显好于市场预期。此外，英国计划于2026年中开展AR8拍卖，招标规模（尤其是深远海项目）有望进一步提升。该机构指，欧洲海上风电装机增长中枢和成长持续性有望进一步提升，供应链订单有望加快放量和外溢，看好管桩、海缆、风机等环节国内优质厂商进军欧洲市场的长期增长机会。
