凤凰网科技讯 1月16日，当当网创始人李国庆在社交平台就迅雷再次起诉前CEO陈磊一事发表看法。他配文称：“能力派”企业蛀虫，啃食公司根基，更偷走了普通人的奋斗希望，支持迅雷维权，必须让贪腐无处遁形。
视频中，李国庆直言双手赞成迅雷再次起诉前CEO，自己做企业这么多年最恨两件事，一是内部贪腐，二是办公室恋情。
在他看来，陈磊利用公司的漏洞搞不正当利益贪腐，就是明抢，直接把公司资产划走，连遮羞布都不要。
而借着男女关系谋私，拉帮结派、排斥异己的行为，表面是个人生活问题，事实上是在破坏公司团队的公平，打击真正干事人的士气。
日前有媒体报道，迅雷公司及其子公司网心科技以 “损害公司利益责任纠纷” 为由，对前CEO陈磊及其核心团队提起民事诉讼，追索金额高达2亿元，并披露了案件诸多细节。
根据报道内容，陈磊在担任迅雷CEO期间，不仅与公司已婚高管存在不正当关系，还通过构建 “影子体系” 搭建隐秘的利益输送链条，大肆掏空公司资产。
