Triangle Tyre (SHA:601163) plans to construct a radial tire production plant in Cambodia for 3.22 billion yuan, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The plant will produce 7 million tires.
The construction will run for 17 months starting March.
The Chinese tire maker's shares soared 10% during the afternoon trade.
