Tycoon Group Unit Renews Hong Kong Distribution Deal With Dong-E-E-Jiao; Shares Jump 8%

Tycoon Group (HKG:3390) said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary has renewed a one-year distribution agreement with Dong-E-E-Jiao International to sell the latter's healthcare products in Hong Kong, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
Shares of the healthcare products retailer were up nearly 8% in Friday morning trade.
The renewed agreement runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026, replacing the prior deal that expired at the end of 2025.
Purchases under the agreement are capped at HK$9 million for 2026, the company said.
DEEJ International is a subsidiary of China Resources Pharmaceutical, a substantial shareholder of Tycoon Group, according to the filing.
