金吾财讯 | 曹操出行(02643)股价走高，截至午间收盘，涨8.1%，报36.02港元，成交额2.9亿港元。消息面上，1月15日，网约车监管信息交互系统发布2025年12月份网约车行业运行基本情况。据网约车监管信息交互系统监测，截至2025年12月31日，全国共有395家网约车平台公司取得网约车平台经营许可，较上月增加1家。网约车监管信息交互系统12月份共收到订单信息9.63亿单。在订单量前10名的平台中，按订单合规率（指驾驶员和车辆均获得许可的订单量占比）从高到低分别是如祺出行(09680)、风韵出行、及时用车、喜行约车、T3出行、享道出行、阳光出行、曹操出行、滴滴出行、花小猪出行。
国泰海通证券发布研报称，首次覆盖，给予曹操出行“增持”评级。曹操出行凭借对定制车生态的深耕，通过车辆总持有成本(TCO)优化实现盈利增效；依托吉利背景布局自动驾驶，估值具备上升弹性。基于PS估值法，该行认为公司合理市值为224.55亿元人民币，目标价44.16港元/股。
