21智讯1月16日电，INTLGENIUS（00033.HK）公告，本公司股份已自2025年10月2日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，以待本公司刊发2025年经审核全年业绩。公告指出，董事会及审核委员会已评估更换核数师的相关事宜，决定委任中正天恒为新核数师，因其承诺部署至少五名实地工作人员组成的专责团队，并提出100万港元的固定费用安排，涵盖期初余额所需额外程序及加速时间表的成本。相较之下，离任核数师McMillanWoods原建议基本费用为88万港元，但存在重大未确定超支风险。审核委员会认为，中正天恒的资源配置与固定收费方案更有利于按时完成审计并推动复牌进程。公司将在适当时候另行公告董事会批准2025年经审核全年业绩的日期及业绩发布安排。
