本集团认为，收购该地块预计将成为本集团土地储备的战略补充，其将提高本集团市场份额及于上海住宅市场的影响力。本集团将进一步巩固本集团于上海城巿更新领域的领先地位，且预计会带来不俗的物业销售收入，并强化本集团的财务状况。
