智通财经APP讯，金岩高岭新材(02693)发布公告，施雪玲女士(施女士)因其个人职业发展计划已辞任本公司联席公司秘书(联席公司秘书)、本公司法律程序文件代理人(根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港代本公司接收法律程序文件和根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)第19A.13(2)条在香港代本公司接收法律程序文件及通知书的法律程序文件代理人(统称“法律程序文件代理人”))，以及担任根据上市规则第3.05条的本公司授权代表(授权代表)，自2026年1月16日起生效。
本公司已委聘方圆企业服务集团(香港)有限公司(方圆)向本公司提供公司秘书服务支持及方圆已提名麦宝文女士(麦女士)担任联席公司秘书、法律程序代理人及授权代表。
董事会欣然宣布，麦女士拥有上市规则第3.28条规定的资格，因此已获委任为一位联席公司秘书、法律程序代理人及授权代表，自2026年1月16日起生效。王巍先生(王先生”)一直担任并将继续担任另一位联席公司秘书。
