　　根据协议，沛恩博医疗的收购价为每股 374 美元，较其最新收盘价溢价约 19.3%。受此消息影响，沛恩博医疗盘前股价上涨 13%，而波士顿科学股价下跌 2%。

　　该交易预计将于 2026 年内完成。
