陈绍昌先生(陈先生)为投放更多时间以处理其他业务安排及事务，辞任本公司执行董事兼行政总裁之职;
单家邦先生(单先生)为投放更多时间以处理其他业务安排及事务，辞任执行董事之职;
陈美宝女士(陈女士)为投放更多时间以处理其他业务安排及事务，辞任执行董事之职;
刘亮豪先生(刘先生)为投放更多时间以处理其他业务安排及事务，辞任独立非执行董事(独立非执行董事)之职 ;
何志威先生(何先生)为投放更多时间以处理其他业务安排及事务，辞任独立非执行董事之职;
张国仁先生(张先生)为投放更多时间以处理其他业务安排及事务，辞任独立非执行董事之职。
董事局欣然宣布，自2026年1月15日起：张章女士(张女士)获委任为非执行董事;郑承欣女士(郑女士)获委任为独立非执行董事; 蔡志熙先生(蔡先生)获委任为独立非执行董事;及周文灿女士(周女士)获委任为独立非执行董事。
