智通财经APP讯，升辉清洁(02521)公布，于2026年1月16日，公司主要股东日出清洁投资控股有限公司(卖方)(由执行董事陈黎明先生全资拥有)已与华立(亚洲)实业有限公司(买方)订立有条件买卖协议，内容有关向买方出售合共约3.7亿股公司普通股，相当于于本公告日期已发行股份的19%。买方为东莞华立(603038.SH)全资拥有。
待出售事项完成后，并假设于本公告日期及完成出售事项期间已发行股份总数概无变动，则(a)卖方将继续拥有约1.228亿股股份，相当于于本公告日期已发行股份约6.3%，且不再为公司主要股东;及(b)买方将于约3.7亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于于本公告日期已发行股份约19%，且将成为公司主要股东。
