Fineos (ASX:FCL) amended the remuneration terms for Chief Executive Michael Kelly to include a total fixed remuneration of 468,710 euros, effective Jan. 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's board will approve Kelly's short-term incentive and share allocation in March, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell past 2% in recent Monday trade.
