智通财经APP讯，百勤油服(02178)公布，于2026年1月19日，公司间接全资附属百勤技术就出售15辆现有压裂车及2辆现有仪表车(现有设备)与供应商订立销售协议，总代价为人民币8550万元(相当于约9504.2万港元)，含税。
于2026年1月19日，百勤技术就收购收购15辆新压裂车及2台新仪表橇(新设备)与供应商订立购买协议，总代价为人民币1.24亿元(相当于约1.38亿港元)，含税。
此外，订约方于2026年1月19日订立抵销协议，其约定，百勤技术出售现有设备所产生的应收供应商的总代价，将按等额方式抵销百勤技术收购新设备所产生的应付供应商的总代价。百勤技术将分期向供应商支付净额人民币3850万元(相当于约4279.7万港元)。
公告称，该等交易将令集团升级其增产设备机组、提高其营运效率、更好地满足客户需求、提升其竞争力及服务质量并满足经提升的行业标准及要求。
