a2 Milk Co. (NZE:ATM, ASX:A2M) appointed Helena He as chief marketing officer, effective Feb. 23, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
He has a "significant" experience in the infant formula milk and vitamins markets in China and most recently served as general manager of VMS - Haleon China, the filing said.
The company's New Zealand shares jumped 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
