智通财经APP讯，精优药业(00858)发布公告，自2026年1月20日起，方林虎先生(自2001年6月11日起担任独立非执行董事)，由于年事已高，并为能将更多时间投入家庭事务，已辞任独立非执行董事、本公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会主席以及本公司提名委员会成员职务。
董事会进一步宣布，自2026年1月20日起，杨晓蓉女士获委任为独立非执行董事。
于该辞任后及自2026年1月20日起，下列董事委员会之组成将变动如下：审核委员会：方先生不再担任主席职务;独立非执行董事及现任成员金松女士已获委任为主席;杨女士已获委任为新成员。薪酬委员会：方先生不再担任主席职务;独立非执行董事及现任成员金松女士已获委任为主席;杨女士已获委任为新成员。提名委员会：方先生不再担任成员职务及杨女士已获委任为新成员。
