Iondrive (ASX:ION) appointed Lewis Utting as chief executive, succeeding Ebbe Dommisse, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Dommisse will continue working with the company during his three-month notice period until April 19 and thereafter support the company as required, the filing added.
