Advanced Pacific 进一步通知公司，据其所知，黄女士除目前持有99.06万股股份外，与公司及其关联人士独立且无关联。 于本公告日期，Advanced Pacific 由执行董事兼董事会主席向从心先生全资及实益拥有。在完成出售事项后，Advanced Pacific将持有公司已发行股本总额约6.22%。黄女士将持有公司已发行股本总额的2.84%。
