Workday Says it Plans to Invest $1 Billion Canadian Dollars in Canada Over Five Years

Workday (WDAY) said Tuesday it plans to invest $1 billion Canadian dollars ($723 million) in Canada over the next five years.
The enterprise software company said the investment expands on Workday's commitment to hiring across AI development, engineering, product innovation, customer support and field operations in Canada.
Workday said Canada is one of its largest markets globally, with more than 1,100 employees serving over 500 customers across sectors including financial services, technology, higher education, energy and retail.
