LG Uplus (KRX:032640) developed a Network Open API Platform in partnership with communication equipment manufacturer Ariatech, according to a Tuesday release.
The platform standardizes telecommunication network functions and provides them as application programming interfaces for external developers, lowering development time and costs, the release said.
Shares of LG Uplus rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
