快科技1月20日消息，近日，玩家R009k在论坛上反馈称，其新购买的PNY RTX 5070 Ti显卡运行极不稳定，使用过程中频繁出现系统宕机和游戏崩溃。
在排查时他发现，显卡的PCIe金手指部分竟然被原厂保修标签覆盖了，这很可能是导致显卡不稳定的罪魁祸首。
令其左右为难的是，该标签上明确印有“Warranty void if removed（撕毁不保）”的字样，如果撕掉标签，可能丧失保修；如果不撕，标签遮挡金手指会导致触点接触不良，引发问题。
令人没想到的是，该贴引出了大量同病相怜的苦主，玩家geraam表示其RTX 5080同样存在标签错位覆盖金手指的情况；另一位用户ExtraCrunchy在看到帖子后检查了自己的RTX 5070 Ti显卡，发现情况完全相同。
玩家们纷纷质疑，作为知名厂商，PNY的品控竟然能让这种低级错误通过出厂检测。
面对这种情况，建议遇到类似问题的用户在进行任何操作前，务必拍摄清晰的照片和视频，证明标签在拆封时就已覆盖金手指。
同时不要私自撕毁标签，应第一时间联系品牌代理商或售后渠道，要求换货或在得到官方明确授权后再行处理。
